Shipping Policy
# All items are carefully packaged with QC to avoid any form of damage and shipped within 2 days of order received having Max. delivery time of 5 working days.
# Zurubunch sends all packages via reputed and fastest 33 Courier Partners Services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Fedex, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Wefast etc.
# Zurubunch insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any product delivered, at which responsibility for your purchased product passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purpose (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them. This is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by zurubunch and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Refund
# Refund will be given on Damage,Wrong Products or missing part,upon receipt of the order back to us. We will issue the refund of the order value within 2 days and which will be credited in Max. 3 to 5 working days.
# Complaints will be raise within 2 days time only after receiving the product.
